Declarations and Warranties by Registering
By opening an Account, you confirm and promise the following:

Multi Accounts
You may only register one Account with the Website.
A single household, IP address, or device is permitted to have only one Account. If multiple people live in the same residence, each individual must inform us about this shared address or IP prior to registering separate accounts.
If we find that you have opened multiple accounts, we may close or block all such accounts at our discretion. Any bets made from these accounts may be considered null and void, and any potential winnings will be forfeited.
Payouts
Once the outcome of a wager has been established, or if the event is confirmed and finalized, any corresponding winnings will be added to your Account balance.
If we mistakenly credit any winnings to your Account—due to human or technical error—those funds remain our property.
As a standard security measure, we reserve the right to verify your identity (KYC). We also examine transactions to mitigate risks like money laundering, in accordance with relevant legal requirements.
Deposits and Bets
To place real-money wagers, you must deposit funds using any of the payment methods indicated on the Website’s “Deposit” page (e.g., credit/debit card, e-wallet, bank transfer). Some deposit options may not be available in all countries.
We process payments in multiple currencies. Any currency different from the one in your Account will be converted, and you are responsible for any related conversion fees or charges.
We may at our discretion request verification documents upon deposit.
We do not extend credit for using our services.
By depositing funds, you confirm you will not dispute or reverse approved transactions for the purpose of evading valid obligations.
As part of our anti-money laundering practices, you must meet 1x wagering requirement for your initial deposit. If you need to meet certain bonus wagering requirements, these must also be fulfilled.
Deposits made by third parties (someone other than the registered account holder) are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to return such deposits to the rightful owner, and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Any applicable bank charges for returning funds to the legitimate owner will be deducted from those funds.
New users are subject to a €500 maximum stake on slot games. You achieve “VIP” status by either making a one-time deposit of €250 or more or by depositing at least €3,000 over the course of a month. VIP users may stake up to €2,500 on slot games. If a VIP user’s monthly deposit drops below €500 or their monthly wagering total remains under €5,000, their VIP status will be revoked, reverting them back to a €500 stake limit.
Withdrawals
To initiate your first withdrawal request, you may be asked to submit personal identification documents (e.g., a copy of your government-issued ID, proof of address, pictures of the payment card used—with most digits hidden except for the first six and last four—and any other proof of ownership for the payment method). These requirements can differ depending on the selected withdrawal channel.
We may revise maximum or minimum withdrawal limits per transaction at our discretion without prior notice.
Any pending wagering requirements associated with bonuses must be met before a withdrawal will be approved.
You may not withdraw bonus funds or money tied up in incomplete games.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) banking days, though there may be delays due to, for instance, verification requests, public holidays, or specific payment methods.
You cannot withdraw more than your available Account balance.
If a pending withdrawal is canceled for any reason (either by you or by us), the funds are restored to your Account. We bear no responsibility for any losses that may occur after the cancellation if you continue to gamble with those funds.
Given that many of our products are immediately consumed upon play, we do not typically offer returns or cancellations of services once a wager has been placed.
A maximum daily withdrawal of €10,000 (or the equivalent in your Account’s currency) applies, with a monthly limit of €50,000 unless another amount is pre-arranged with us.
Prior to authorizing a withdrawal, we may request certified proof of identity or perform further checks such as a phone call or a video identity verification.
If you win more than €50,000 (or its equivalent), we may choose to pay this in monthly installments of up to €50,000 until the full amount has been disbursed.
Account Closure
Users can close TrueLuck account at any time.
Any pending refund is subject to a suitable withdrawal method at our discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and return any remaining balance (less any applicable fees) at our sole discretion without providing a specific reason.
Promotional or bonus funds may be withdrawn if used within one month of issue. If not used, we may remove such bonuses from your Account.
We can refuse a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraud. In that event, your Account will be suspended.
We regularly review all Accounts. If we determine a user is a “bonus abuser” or a “bonus hunter,” we reserve the right to remove all credits, bonuses, or winnings and suspend the Account.
Crashed and Aborted Games
Criminal Activity
If we identify any irregular or potentially illegal behavior (e.g., money laundering or fraud), we may close relevant Accounts and report these incidents to legal or regulatory authorities. Any balances in these Accounts, including deposits and winnings, may be forfeited.
Collusion and Cheating
We reserve the right to deactivate any Account—and seize account balances—if there are indications of unauthorized cooperation between players (e.g., exchanging card details, chip dumping, or multiple logins).
Fraudulent Conduct
If we suspect any unlawful or deceptive actions—such as using VPNs or proxies to conceal real locations—or if a player is discovered placing bets on behalf of third parties, we can freeze or close the Account without prior notification and forfeit all balances. We may report such acts to the appropriate authorities and any affected financial institutions.
Live Chat
We may offer an interactive chat feature to users. This function is moderated, and all chat transcripts may be monitored and recorded. The feature is intended only for recreational communication and is subject to these rules:
You must not post any statements containing explicit or offensive language, hate speech, or profanity.

Bonuses and Bonus Funds
